Our School Vision, Ethos & Values

Our Vision

At Greenfields, our vision is to impart knowledge, cultivate virtue and nurture the individual aspirations of our future generation. We provide a safe and secure environment in which our pupils grow spiritually, morally and academically. Rooted in Islamic values and guided by the example of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ), we aim to inspire confident, compassionate and resilient learners who are equipped for success in this life and the Hereafter.

At Greenfields, our behaviour expectations reflect our Islamic values and high aspirations. We expect all members of our community to ‘Be Safe, Be Responsible and Be Respectful’ in all that they do.

Our Ethos

Greenfields is a faith-led learning community built on high expectations, strong moral character and a commitment to excellence.

Our trust is in Allāh and our best example is the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ). We believe that Islām provides a complete way of life and equips our pupils with the character, values and resilience needed to thrive in modern society. Our motto, ‘Together we Learn, Enjoy, Achieve and Excel’, reflects our commitment to partnership, aspiration and achievement.

We value every child as a unique individual and promote a culture of respect, fairness and kindness. We work in close partnership with parents and the wider community to ensure that every child is supported to flourish academically, socially and spiritually.
